Warranties and Limitations

Bavooka services listed on the website are limited to the content available online and Bavooka is not responsible for the extent to which the service is utilized. Bavooka is not an online job board and thus does not provide individual jobs from employers but will provide links and resources from other job sites, known as “aggregation”. Bavooka assumes no responsibility for employment of referred employees. Some content provided by Bavooka may be limited to certain geographic, demographic, or industry groups and are not designed in every instance to benefit every person referred to the site.

Proper Use of Content

Bavooka encourages a positive and professional exchange of information on its website. Bavooka allows Members through the use of Blogs and other vehicles to send customized comments to other Members that comply with best practices. Any Member found to have abused this policy will have their membership terminated and any and all remaining referrals fees will be paid through the date of termination. Bavooka is not responsible for the distribution of any comments deemed derogatory regarding any of its employers, but will upon notice of this type of action, terminate a Member account and ban the user from the website.  Termination of membership for improper use of content shall be in the sole discretion of Bavooka.

Confidentiality

User understands and agrees that any data used on the Bavooka website is confidential and proprietary and any unauthorized use of the materials and content provided by Bavooka is considered to be a breach of this Agreement and subject to termination. Bavooka does not allow for the distribution of any content on its website other than the authorized distribution of articles, newsletters and other content that can be distributed directly from the website. By accepting the terms of this Referral Agreement, user is agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement also included at the time of the Membership Purchase.

Privacy

Bavooka uses the information obtained on Bavooka.com, whether personal, technical, or demographic, for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Bavooka Sites, fostering a professional user experience, and delivering training and other services offered. Bavooka may use your contact information in order to send you e-mail or other communications regarding updates at Bavooka, to contact you requesting your opinion of current products and services or potential new products and services that may be offered. We may also provide additional communications, promotions and information on new Bavooka opportunities and articles or third party products which may be of interest to you. In addition, you may receive free informational newsletters from us relating to topics that may be of special interest to you, such as career development strategies. We disclose personal information to third parties only if legally required to do so, if requested to do so by a governmental entity or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to conform to legal requirements, protect our rights or property, prevent a crime or protect national security; or protect the personal safety of users or the public. Bavooka reserves the right to disclose and transfer all information obtained on its website to a third party who acquires all or a substantial portion of its business, whether such acquisition is by way of merger, consolidation or purchase of all or a substantial portion of its assets. In addition, in the event Bavooka becomes the subject of a bankruptcy proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, Bavooka or its trustee in bankruptcy may sell, license or otherwise dispose of such information in a transaction approved by the bankruptcy court. You will be notified of sale of all or a substantial portion of Bavooka’s business to a third party via email or through a prominent notice posted on the Bavooka Sites. If you have a Bavooka account, other users or members of Bavooka will not be able to access your personal information.
